GUIDELINES FOR TODD HALL MEMORIAL
SCHOLARSHIP
NATURE OF THE AWARD
To provide assistance to deserving Christian Church
(Disciples of Christ) students whose home church is
in the Central Area who need financial aid to attend
TCU as a freshman.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Must be a graduating high school student.
2. Must be a member of one of the congregations of
a Christian Church in the Central Area.
3. Must attend TCU as a freshman.
4. Will be selected on the basis of academic
potential, character and need for financial assistance.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
1. The applicant must submit the following items to the
Scholarship Committee:
a. Completed application form.
b. Official transcript of high school record.
c. Three letters of recommendation, including
one from your minister and two from people
in the community who know you well and who
are not related to you.
2. This information (application form, transcript and
three letters) is to be assembled together and
submitted to:

The Scholarship Committee will be made up of the Central
Area Executive Committee with the Area Minister serving
as the chairperson. All information on the application
will be kept confidential.
Application must be submitted by August 1.
